SWEAT WITH SARAH 4 WEEK CHALLENGE

What this challenge includes:

Lacking structure in your workouts? Lacking motivation? Accountability? Each week I will be giving you new workouts to complete. It is up to you to do the workouts on your own time, whenever it fits into your schedule. There will be options to do these sessions at the gym OR from the comfort of your own home. If you are completing the workouts at home, dumbbells are required (I usually recommend one heavy set, one lighter set) and resistance bands. There will be 5 sessions given to you to complete per week, however, you do not have to complete all 5 — everything can be taken at your own pace. Each week the workouts will be released on Sunday so you can plan your week ahead. Each week I will check in on Sunday to keep you accountable. Of course I'm always here to chat if you have any questions or concerns, however the workouts are to be completed independently.

FAQ's:

LENGTH OF WORKOUTS: Time will range from 30-60 minutes in length including warm up and cool down depending on how long you take for rest and recovery in between sets.

VIDEO DEMOS: Will there be full follow along videos for the workouts? Unfortunately no, but there are links to each individual exercise to show you how to perform that movement.
